Facility Engineer
Role Overview:
Job Description/Responsibilities:
· Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills.
· Assist for ad-hoc project implementation.
· Assist in the management of facility operations, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
· Monitor, maintain, and improve building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
· Support the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
· Provides onsite day-to-day system breakdown support, maintenance job, deployment, and discretionary services to the company’s client.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
· Must possess a good teamwork spirit, positive attitude, good discipline, and fully comply with the SOP set by the company and management.
· Keep record & documentation of repairs.
· Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues.
· Ad-hoc & other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
· Minimum Degree or any relevant certificates
· Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or a related field.
· Possess of technical knowledge in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) would be added advantage.
· Good knowledge of local safety regulations
