Job Description:

• Perform logistic support for inbound and outbound of inventory such as:
• Managing and tallying incoming stock according to relevant documents
• Data processing of incoming stock into the system accurately
• Generate the DO and correspond with the payment received mode accordingly
• Handling virtual goods (i.e., software license) delivery
• Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth logistic flow, such as:
• Procurement Team: Handling stock discrepancies and resolving issues efficiently
• Alignment of product warranty
• Finance Team: Correspond with each other on required documents
• Sales Team: Stock movement and stock usage
• Arrangement of the order fulfillment schedule for in-house drivers
• Generate and maintain logistic-related reports in an orderly manner
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned, such as filing
