• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

• Liaise and negotiate with forwarding agent.

• Comply with laws, regulations and Custom requirements

• Resolve any arising problems or complaints

• Supervise, coach and train the inventory team

• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

• Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations

• Responsible to develop and monitor activities to support suppliers on on-time delivery (JIT), freight management, lead time reduction, cost reduction plans, optimum inventory levels, zero shortages and discrepant material, in support of metrics established for production and pre-production commodities

• To reduce freight cost.

• To liaise with Custom
• To approve/stop engineering from issuing parts from store
• To take corrective actions on the personnel (store hand/store keeper) who failed to follow procedures, violating Process Instruction or line discipline.
• Able to make decision on cost.
