• Hiring: System Administrator (Linux / Unix Infrastructure Support)
• Location: Bedok
• Contract Role | Immediate Start until 8 Dec 2026
• Salary: Up to $6,000

We are seeking someone hands-on, proactive, and technically strong in Unix/Linux administration with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain infrastructure systems and software for both on-premise and Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) environments
• Support daily system administration and infrastructure operations
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution independently
• Participate in technical research and development initiatives for infrastructure improvement and innovation
• Ensure system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational standards and operational requirements
• Manage and support infrastructure platforms including:
• Linux / UNIX (AIX)
• Windows Servers
• VMware Virtualization
• Backup solutions such as Veritas NetBackup and Tivoli Storage Manager

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Communications, or related technical discipline
• (Diploma holders with strong relevant experience are welcome to apply)
• Certifications in Linux and/or Microsoft Systems, Virtualization, or Cloud technologies are advantageous
• Minimum 2 years of system administration experience
• Strong experience in Unix or Linux environments with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and think critically under operational scenarios
• Knowledge of Linux scripting, VMware Virtualization, Middleware, and GCC Cloud is an advantage (not mandatory)
