Location: near to One North MRT
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage full sets of accounts alongside HR and sales administration functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to multitask across finance, human resources, and sales support activities.
Working closely with outsource partner, you will be handling the following responsibilities
Accounts Function
Handle full spectrum of accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
Ad-hoc or project follow up duties as and when assigned by the superior
HR Function
To oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions
Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Compute salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, and commissions accurately.
Ensure timely submission and payment of CPF, income tax (IR8A), SDL, and other statutory contributions.
Recruitment and perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
Maintain employee records and handle payroll queries confidentially.
Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
Generate payroll and HR-related reports as required.
Support HR in handling leave records, claims, and other employee benefits administration.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Ad-hoc or project follow up duties as and when assigned by the superior
Sales Administration Function
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
Coordinate with operations team and customers on order processing and fulfillment
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Run preorder reports from Monday to Friday
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance and Payroll functions.
Proficient in MS Excel, InfoTech and Xero would be advantageous
Good knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM).
Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in F&B will be an advantage
