Job Summary

You will create compelling visual designs and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines to drive engagement and support business growth in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design visual elements that align with brand guidelines and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets
• Develop visually appealing marketing materials including posters, wobblers, and display stands that engage target audiences and maintain brand consistency
• Design landing pages optimized for conversion to increase user engagement and drive campaign success
• Create engaging social media posts, cover arts, promotional banners in various sizes, and visually appealing email templates to support marketing initiatives
• Produce professional presentation decks and Google Slides presentations that align with company branding and enhance communication effectiveness
• Design responsive and user-friendly web elements, working with CMS to integrate designs seamlessly into the existing website
• Create static and animated banners tailored for the corporate website, B2B channels, B2B2C marketplaces, and e-commerce stores, ensuring platform optimization and brand consistency
• Support urgent design projects, update existing materials, and assist with special events and campaigns as requested by supervisors

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphic designs
• Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, and composition to create visually effective designs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project requirements
• Keen attention to detail and passion for creating visually engaging game-related experiences

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Art, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in game design or a portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design skills
