• Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Min ‘N/O/A’ Levels or its equivalent
• Able to work independently
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Highly organized and responsible team player
• To be responsible day-to-day import, export and local shipments
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customers and suppliers on matters related to shipment coordination.
• Prepare full shipping documents (D/O, packing lists, shipping invoices etc.)
• Ensure shipping documents are progressed and archived with proper recording/filing systems
• Monitor and track shipment booking, transit and schedules
• Working closely with the sales and purchase teams in inbound and outbound tasks.
• Prepare export documents as per LC requirements or bank instructions.
• Prepare weekly shipping schedules.
• To take charge of import and export of containers for our suppliers and customers
