Job Description & Requirements
As an Air-Conditioning Servicer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. Your expertise will ensure that all systems operate efficiently, safely, and effectively, providing comfort to our clients. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, diagnosing issues, and offering solutions to meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose issues with air-conditioning systems, including refrigeration and electrical components.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure systems are running optimally.
• Provide customers with clear, accurate information about services, options, and necessary repairs.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, products, and trends.
