任职资格

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in connector design or electromechanical product development preferred.
Familiarity with plastic and metal part design and manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, stamping).
Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo).
Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Prefer Mandarin speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

岗位职责

Design and develop new connector products from concept through production.
Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and validation testing.
Use CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create detailed drawings and 3D models.
Perform tolerance analysis, material selection, and mechanical simulations.
Manage development timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, QA, procurement).
Ensure milestones are met from concept through launch.
Define test plans and analyse performance data.
Ensure products meet industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL) and customer specifications.
Communicate with customers to understand technical requirements.
Work with suppliers to source materials and tooling.
Prepare technical documentation including specifications, BOMs, and DFMEA.
Ensure product compliance with regulatory and environmental standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH).
Coordinate and lead the smooth transition of mature customer products to the new production line.
