Roles & Responsibilities

Store & Inventory Support

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store and warehouse operations
• Support stock receiving, checking, recording, and issuance of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records
• Assist in processing purchase orders, delivery orders, and goods receiving documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments on delivery and inventory matters
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies when required
• Support logistics coordination and general administrative duties related to store operations

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in related fields
• At least 1 year of administrative, warehouse, or storekeeping experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
• Experience in construction, engineering, or hospitality-related industries will be an added advantage
