Job Requirements

Must-Have

  • 2–5 years experience in finance, accounting, or similar roles 
  • Strong fundamentals in Excel / Google Sheets 
  • Basic understanding of P&L, cash flow, and financial reporting 
  • Comfortable handling both analytical work and admin tasks 
  • Detail-oriented and organised 

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in startups, SaaS, or tech companies 
  • Exposure to FP&A, forecasting, or financial modelling 
  • Familiarity with invoicing, bookkeeping, or working with accountants 
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity
  • Knowledge of AI tools to assist with finance related workflows

岗位职责

 

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Finance & Operations Analyst who is strong in financial basics but comfortable rolling up their sleeves across admin and operational tasks.

This is not a pure FP&A role you’ll support forecasting, reporting, and commercial finance, while also helping keep the day-to-day finance operations running smoothly (invoicing, tracking payments, coordinating with accountants).

If you’re someone who wants exposure to real startup finance (not just spreadsheets), this role gives you end-to-end visibility from numbers → decisions → execution.

What You’ll Do

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Maintain simple forecasts (revenue, costs, cash flow) 
  • Track burn rate and runway 
  • Support basic financial modelling and scenario planning 

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare monthly reports (revenue, costs, cash position) 
  • Track key business metrics and flag issues early 
  • Support management with financial insights for decision-making 

Commercial & Deal Support

  • Track deal-level revenue and margins 
  • Support pricing, costing, and simple ROI analysis 
  • Assist with pipeline → revenue tracking 

Finance Operations (Admin)

  • Handle invoicing and payment tracking 
  • Maintain basic general ledger records 
  • Coordinate with external accountants for bookkeeping and compliance 
  • Manage simple admin tasks (e.g. expense tracking, document organisation, bookings if needed) 

AI-Enabled Productivity

  • Use AI tools to speed up reporting and analysis 
  • Build simple templates for recurring finance workflows
