Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2–3 years of working experience in combined HR and administrative functions.
Language Proficiency (Crucial):Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is strictly required to liaise effectively with the Taiwan management team. A good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is also essential.
Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Assist in recruitment and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
Organize and uphold employee documentation, employment agreements, and personnel files.
Track and oversee employee attendance, leave usage, and overtime hours.
Aid in payroll processing by gathering attendance, overtime, and benefit information.
Manage employee confirmation, contract renewals, and resignation procedures.
Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor regulations, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and legal obligations.
Supervise office administration and daily operations within the office environment.
Manage the procurement of office supplies and inventory oversight.
Facilitate office maintenance, utility services, and cleanliness.
Assist the China Project Manager or the management team with administrative tasks and coordination.
Support the project team with documentation, reporting, and communication activities.
