Responsibilities

Responsible for driving the organization’s productivity and efficiency aspirations across the group of stores, focusing on maximizing Average Unit Volume and profitability.
Set clear, measurable standards and objectives for sales, profitability, QSC, and Guest Satisfaction for each outlet in the district.
Facilitate the implementation of organizational strategies, new product rollouts, etc.



Conduct regular, documented store visits to evaluate operations, cleanliness, food safety compliance, and efficiency of each kitchen station.
Ensure 100% compliance with Wingstop’s operational guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and local regulatory requirements (e.g., SFA food safety and hygiene standards).
Manage and review store operational processes, including inventory management, order processing, fulfilment (delivery and takeout), and waste control, to drive continuous improvement.



Lead a team of Managers towards effective collaboration and the attainment of district and company goals.
Partner with HR to participate actively in the hiring, onboarding, and structured training of Managers and Team Members, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
Oversee and approve store manager work schedules, ordering, and inventory processes.
Handle progressive discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy. Promotes a positive, energetic working culture across all stores, driving high employee engagement and retention.
Evaluate Manager performance and coach them to address issues and improve leadership effectiveness.

Requirements

Experience: 4 to 6 years’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
Possesses strong people management skills and is able to engage, develop, and discipline management teams effectively.
Must be able to work weekends and Public Holidays to support operations during peak periods.
