This is a new role, reporting into the Head of Legal & Compliance and exposed to a multitude of commercial, legal and compliance matters.

Job Description

• You will form part of a critical team to lead the creation of a Centre of Excellence and the implementation of Risk & Compliance programs across the group.
• You will form part of a team that develops and implements ERM frameworks including review, assessment and the reporting of potential risks.
• Conduct training/education across BU's on risk and compliance adoption.
• Work closely with BU's to offer advice on investment projects around risk assessment / risk guidance
• Work closely with upper management and board level stakeholders to ensure risk and compliance continues to be a key part of the strategic committee direction.

Requirements

• 6 - 10 years experience
• Strong background in engaging and influencing stakeholders - essential
• Background in regulation - desirable
• Background in the Funds sector - essential
