Full Time Personal Driver-Chauffeur cum Personal Assistant Jobs, salary up to SGD 3,800 in SEEDLING ASSET MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

We are looking for a Personal Driver / Chauffeur cum Personal Assistant (PA) for our Mandarin-speaking Principal and family.

Scope of Work

• Provide chauffeuring services to Principal, family members and guests
• 6-day work week (Saturday as rest day), must be able to work on weekends and public holidays as needed
• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness and regular maintenance of vehicle
• Supporting the main PA in the full spectrum of assistant work for Principal, including scheduling, coordinating daily operations of the household and administrative tasks
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Principal (e.g. document delivery or personal/household related errands)
• Occasional overseas travel required to carry out chauffeuring/PA duties

Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking Principal and family
• Class 3 driving licence
• Clean driving records with no history of traffic offences or at-fault accidents
• Proven experience driving in Singapore, familiar with local roads, traffic regulations and driving conditions
• Professional, well-groomed and discreet, with a high regard for confidentiality and family privacy
• Physically fit and in good health, with good eyesight and no medical conditions that may impair driving or job performance
• Dependable and trustworthy, demonstrating a strong work ethic, honesty and punctuality
• Comfortable working with a demanding schedule, including a 6-day work week, frequent overtime and limited flexibility for leave
• Experience chauffeuring families and/or transporting young children is an advantage
• Singaporean or PR preferred
