Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Food Science, Economics, or Business Administration.
Experience: 2 years in production planning, ideally in the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Master Scheduling: Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts.
Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure raw materials and packaging are available, accounting for lead times and seasonal fluctuations.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of finished goods and raw materials to prevent overstocking or "stock-outs," specifically focusing on FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles.
Capacity Planning: Analyze plant capacity to optimize production runs and minimize machine downtime.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Weekly planning meetings with Sales, Logistics, and Production.
Any ad-hoc tasks as instructed or assigned by the Superior or Management.
