This role manages a team to create unique and exceptional memories for our guests. We are committed to providing personalised and delightful services through anticipating and fulfilling our guests' needs. Key Responsibilities
Welcome to the core of what being a Guest Liaison Manager - Restaurant & Bar is all about!
Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:
Acts as the direct liaison to all guests, including those patronizing Salisterra, Green Room and events, welcomes designated VIPs and identifies possible unidentified VIPs
Ensures maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from pre-arrival to post-departure
Creates WOW effects and identifies future business opportunities for UHHK and possibly other Swire Hotels properties
Highly visible to all L49 guests while on duty, including Salisterra, Green Room, and event spaces
Supports all R&B operations, as needed
Requirements
Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:
The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
Degree from an accredited university, college or hotel school management school
At least 3 years’ experience in similar position
Outstanding food and beverage knowledge. Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral & written communication in English; Cantonese / Mandarin and other language an advantage
Passionate about luxury and detailed service delivery
The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):
Sound knowledge of all areas of hotel operations
Very flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and management demands
