Key Responsibilities
Partner with department heads to support recruitment, selection, and workforce allocation
Conduct annual and quarterly hiring needs analysis aligned with business strategy
Support the design and optimization of recruitment systems and processes
(including sourcing channels, interview workflows, and talent pipeline development)
Drive digitalization and online recruitment initiatives to improve efficiency
Support talent pool development and long-term workforce planning
Key Requirements
Master’s degree or above
2–3 years of experience in:
Executive search/headhunting within asset management, OR
In-house recruitment within asset management / financial services
Strong professional ethics, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
