Scope of Work:

1) Manage and coordinate daily outbound shipment orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery

2) Prepare and process outbound delivery documentation including delivery orders, commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.

3) Documentation & System Management

· AMT/ ISM/ Request IST for outbound to Warehouse

· AMT/ ISM/ Scrap Lable & scrap receiving form for retirement from Q3'27 onwards

- Oversee the scrap labeling process and receiving forms to ensure compliance with environmental and financial regulations

· AMT/ ISM/ CTM/ FA liqdation for VF shipment

- Coordinate the liquidation process for VF (Virtual Factory) shipments and vendor returns.

4) Coordination with ME/ TEG/ Mover for retirement

· Act as the primary point of contact between Manufacturing Engineers (ME), TEG (Technical Engineering Groups), and external Movers.

· Act as the bridge between the engineers (ME/TEG) and the physical labor (Movers) to ensure the equipment actually gets moved without damaging the facility or the tool.

5) EMS & SAP alignment per working with SAC team

6) TRANS admin: Assign ME & folow TRANS status for in/out/retire

· Monitor the status of assets as they transition through Inbound, Outbound, or Retirement phases.

7) Settlement: update required info for settlement team

8) Perform timely GR entry in iSTART to ensure financial visibility of incoming materials or tools.

9) Worksteam template update to ME

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Well in both written and verbal communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Good in Ms Office, well written report and Mathematics

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
