About Travel Guard
This role is part of our Travel Guard team. Travel Guard is a leading travel insurance brand, serving millions of leisure and business travellers worldwide. Established in 1982 we offer a comprehensive portfolio of travel insurance solutions and global assistance services. Travel Guard operates service centres across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring 24/7 support to help travellers navigate unexpected circumstances that may disrupt their plans. Travel Guard became part of Zurich Cover-More in December 2024.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role you will play a key role in supporting regional operations across Asia Pacific by analysing processes, delivering system and project improvements, and providing high-quality insights that enable data‑driven decision-making.
- Lead and support end‑to‑end project activities, including requirements gathering, planning, delivery and post‑implementation review.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to support new business onboarding and operational transitions.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and customer outcomes.
- Maintain and enhance operational systems, including acting as a subject matter expert for core platforms.
- Oversee telephony workflows such as IVR, routing rules and call flows to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate closely with technology teams to implement system changes and enhancements.
- Support quality assurance, audit readiness and compliance activities across operations.
- Develop, maintain and present operational and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions and change initiatives to support successful adoption.
What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:
You will have proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within an operational, project‑based or system‑driven environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years experience working as a Business Analyst in a complex business or finance/technology environment.
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to extract, analyse and validate data.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fact-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience documenting requirements, processes and system changes with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in DAX, PowerBI and PowerPlatform and documentation frameworks.
- Experience with telephony systems, workflow management or operational platforms is an advantage.
- Exposure to Power Apps or similar automation tools is beneficial.
