Job Responsibilities
- Generate and process customer's order
- Timely keying in orders and acknowledgement of customer purchase orders.
- Interface with customers to answer queries.
- Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse staff, as well as the sales and account departments.
- Generate daily and monthly inventory, stock reports
- Generate and process purchase requisition form and process a purchase order.
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Committed & able to work independently.
- Preferably can join immediately.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written, and verbal communication skills are required.
- Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply.
- No Experience required: training will be provided.
Working hours :
5.5days per weeks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
