Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Home Appliance
Position Title: Admin Executive
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Process and enter sales orders accurately and on time in the system
Check pricing, product details, and customer information for accuracy
Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and related documents
Follow up on pending orders and ensure smooth order fulfilment
Coordinate delivery schedules with the warehouse, dealers, contractors, and customers
Ensure goods are delivered accurately and on schedule
Monitor delivery status and resolve delivery-related issues when needed
Prepare and submit required shipping documents
Monitor inventory levels and update stock records regularly
Conduct regular stock reconciliation and physical stock checks
Coordinate with the warehouse team on stock movement and replenishment
Report stock discrepancies and assist in improving inventory control
Provide administrative support to the Sales and Service teams

Relevant working experience in an administrative or similar role is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
