Position Title: Admin & Accounts Executive
Working Location: Paya Lebar (near MRT)
Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Prepare, maintain, and update financial reports, including monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
Perform monthly closing activities, including bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
Consolidate financial documents such as bank statements and related supporting records.
Generate quarterly billings, statements of accounts, and prepare GST submissions.
Manage daily finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc finance or operational duties as assigned.

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Competent with Microsoft Excel.
Accounting systems knowledge is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
