AM Shift: 9am-6.30pm (with 1hr lunch break)
PM Shift: 12.30pm-10pm (with 1hr lunch break)
Shift pattern: AM AM PM PM OFF OFF AM AM PM PM OFF OFF

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the processing application of card applications
Ensure that each application is correctly processed with 100% accuracy
Ensure that all applications allocated is processed within the shift itself
Responsive to alert Team Leader should there be any abnormality in an application
Ensure that correct explanation is given, should an application be rejected
Comply with the SOPs / guidelines / directives or any other official written instructions implemented
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the scope that has been assigned
A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
