Working Hours / Location:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:45pm
Kranji MRT Station
1 year contract (renewable / convertible) + bonus!

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading materials using Forklift
Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy of consignment against purchase orders
Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure efficient material handling and retrieval
Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed to prevent stockouts
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Prepare and maintain records of material transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production needs
Implement and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage or loss of materials
Ad-hoc task given by Manager/Supervisor

Job Requirements:

Minimum GCE O / N Levels or relevant higher education
Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or material handling
Valid Forklift License is required
