Job Duties / Responsibilities
Coordinate and liaise with service team to process customer’s order accurately and timely based on work order.
Maintains effectively day to day contact with customers and vendors in order to update business activities.
Provide administrative sales support to sales team.
Handling of shipping and forwarding documents and operations coordination.
Data entry and filing.
Handle of purchase orders (PO), issuing delivery orders (DO), invoice and etc.
Maintaining daily and monthly report.
Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Qualification, Required Experience, Competencies and Skills
GCE N/O Level
Proficient in MS Office: Words and Excel,
Able to work independently, initiative with minimum supervision in a fast pace environment.
Basic shipping knowledge will be advantage.
