Production Operator Responsibilities:

Follow daily work arrangements as instructed by the Line Leader.
Pick, pack, and prepare products using specified packaging materials.
Operate production machines safely and efficiently.
Monitor machine performance and report issues to Line Leaders or Technicians.
Ensure finished products meet company quality standards.



Line Leader Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Production Supervisor to plan and schedule daily production activities.
Allocate manpower according to production requirements and ensure optimal workforce deployment.
Ensure all assigned personnel are properly trained and competent to carry out their tasks effectively.
Monitor and ensure daily output targets are achieved; compile and submit daily production reports.
Conduct random visual quality checks in accordance with quality procedures and maintain records of daily quality defects.



Requirements:

For Operator no experience needed, training will be provided.
For Line Leader, relevant experience is an advantage.
