Job Description

Position Title: Site Coordinator / Admin Assistant
Working Location: Tuas
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday-Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm; Saturday, 8.00am-12.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Arrange and assign tasks to ground staff based on instructions from the office to support site works for projects.
Update and manage the project schedule by tracking progress, coordinating activities, and helping to resolve issues related to manpower and materials/tools needed.
Support the sourcing of project materials, tools, and equipment, and track and maintain their inventory before, during, and after the project.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following and applying site procedures, rules, and regulations.
Support site safety coordination by promoting safety awareness and ensuring ground staff follow safety requirements.
Handle other ad-hoc duties assigned when needed.

Minimum ITE or NITEC qualification (or equivalent).
