Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Electrical Equipment)
Position Title: Electrical Technician
Working Location: MacPherson
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,650 + OT + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
Carry out panel wiring according to drawings and instructions
Install, connect and label cables, terminals, breakers and other panel components
Assemble and set up simple mechanical parts related to the system
Check and test wiring to ensure correct connections and safe operation
Assist in troubleshooting and rectifying basic wiring faults
Help with panel installation on-site when required
Keep records of work done and report issues to the supervisor
Maintain tools, equipment and work area in clean and safe condition

NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical or related field, or equivalent
Experience in panel wiring or basic electrical wiring is an advantage
Able to work on OT when required
