Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Design & Built/ Gas System
Position Title: Procurement Assistant/ Executive
Working Location: Sembawang
Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Thu (8am – 6pm), Fri (8am – 5pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Provide procurement support to the project team for purchasing tools, materials, and contracted services.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of purchasing activities.
Assist in drafting purchase orders and related documents.
Liaise with vendors to negotiate pricing and terms.
Monitor and ensure prompt delivery of ordered items and services.
Manage and maintain supplier partnerships and performance.
Support the enhancement of purchasing strategies and internal procurement guidelines.
Conduct market research to identify suitable vendors and product options.
Participate in equipment verification and registration processes.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Possess a professional certification or qualification.
At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, team coordination, and cost optimization.
Prior experience within the semiconductor or construction sectors is preferred.
Proficient in communication and presentation, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
