Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive / Sales Engineer (HVAC) to join a dynamic and growing engineering firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client accounts, and delivering customized HVAC solutions that meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site surveys and prepare accurate quotations/proposals
Source and follow up on new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams and installers to ensure seamless project execution
Keep sales records, client information, and reports up to date
Support management in sales planning and forecasting
Requirements
Valid Singapore Class 3 driver’s license required
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC, construction, or engineering sectors
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Education: Secondary / NITEC / Diploma or higher
Candidates with own vehicle will have an added advantage
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
5.5-day work week | Rest Day: Alternate Saturday & Sunday
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: $3,000 – $4,300
Car Allowance: Up to $1,200/month
Performance Bonus: Based on individual and company results
