Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: F & B/Catering & Event
Position Title: Commis Cook/Kitchen Assistant
Working Location: Senoko
Working Hours: 6 days
Salary Package: Up to $2200 + OT (hours in lieu) + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Keep track of stock and make sure items are available.
Store items properly and check stock every week.
Work with chefs to know what items need ordering.
Make sure all orders are correct each day.
Follow all standard procedures strictly.
Prepare food for cooking, checking quality and quantity.
Keep the kitchen clean and safe.
Perform all other ad-hoc as assigned by management and supervisors.
