Our esteemed client, an established construction company in Singapore, is searching for a Payroll Executive:


Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for staff and workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Collect, verify, and consolidate payroll data including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions from HR and project teams.
Ensure timely and error-free payroll submission within established deadlines.
Prepare and issue salary slips, payroll reports, and relevant summaries.
Handle statutory submissions and payments such as CPF, IRAS, and other local requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies; address staff and worker queries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.
Support payroll audits, internal reviews, and reconciliation exercises.Uphold strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations.


Job Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, ideally within the construction or contracting industry.
Strong knowledge of local statutory requirements (IRAS, MOM, CPF, etc.) and payroll systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HRiQ payroll software is an advantage.


Additional Information:

Salary: Up to SGD 3,600 +Variable Bonus
Working Location: Redhill
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
