Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and related administrative documents.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Support the sales and service teams with scheduling and follow-ups.
Manage filing, data entry, and general office administration.
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery or service completion.
Assist in preparing reports and handling other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
