Responsibilities
Manage customer bookings, walk-ins, and the full ticketing process.
Handle reservations, amendments, cancellations, and mileage redemptions.
Assist customers, travel agents, and corporate clients via phone/email.
Maintain customer profiles and frequent flyer accounts.
Share promotions and assist with programme forms/materials.
Resolve customer feedback and complaints with backend support.
Coordinate ticket handling logistics and related events.
Support strategic planning, sales leads, and process improvements.
Stay updated on airline and industry requirements.
Perform other duties to support smooth operations
Requirements
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office and reservation/ticketing systems
Strong attention to detail
