POSTED ON BEHALF MY CLIENT ORGANIZATION
Salary Range: $4,000 – $6,000/month
Monthly Rest Days: 7 days
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above (preferably in Civil Engineering)
Language: Able to communicate in English
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience
At least 1 year of QS working experience in Singapore
Candidates with main contractor QS experience in Singapore will be prioritized
Other industry QS experience is acceptable if the candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
Work for a main contractor company specializing in residential development projects
Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and budget plans for interior renovation and A&A projects
Ensure tenders are submitted timely and in compliance
Collaborate with various parties to define project scope and costs
Evaluate cost impact of materials and design changes
Manage subcontractor documents and contract terms
Track project expenses, forecast cash flow, and provide financial insights for decision making

Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
