Production Assistant / Machinist
Pioneer
Monday - Friday
3 Rotating Shifts
Basic $2,200 - $2,600
️ AWS + Yearly Bonus
️ Shift Allowances
️ Yearly Increment
Responsibilities
Start and stop the grinding machine safely by following company procedures.
Do daily machine checks, oiling, and set up the grinding wheels properly.
Operate the machine to grind parts like Inner/Outer Bore or Roller Path.
Make sure the machine runs smoothly with good quality and low waste.
Load parts into the machine and start the grinding cycle.
Check the first few pieces for accuracy and report if adjustments are needed.
Change and dress (sharpen) grinding wheels when needed.
Report any problems with the machine, tools, or materials.
Follow other instructions given by your supervisor.
Requirements
Able to operate machines safely and follow instructions
Basic knowledge of grinding or factory work
Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks
Willing to work shifts and follow safety rules
