HR Recruiter (Consultant)
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated HR Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team! You will be the bridge between great talent and amazing opportunities, working with clients across various industries to deliver top-tier recruitment solutions.
What You Will Do:-
1) Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job brief to placement and onboarding
2) Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and craft compelling job ads
3) Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their fit and career goals
4) Provide consultative advice to clients and build long-term talent strategies
5) Maintain and grow a network of high-caliber candidates and industry contacts
6) Ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
What We Are Looking For:-
1) Passion for people and strong communication skills
2) A natural connector who thrives in a fast-moving environment
3) Prior experience in recruitment, HR or a sales/consulting role is a plus
4) Resilience, initiative, and a team-player attitude
