Job Responsibilities:


Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and related documents.
Ensure all documents comply with tender/quotation requirements and deadlines.
Monitor online platforms or portals for new tenders and business opportunities.
Prepare proposals for new projects or potential clients.
Maintain and update supplier, client, and pricing databases.
Process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries with vendors.
Assist with recruitment and staff placement.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.


Requirements:


Diploma in Business, Procurement, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
