Our Client is a Singapore based company in Hospitality industry with global presence. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Sales Manaegr to be part of their Sales team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Sentosa Area.

Roles and Responsibilities of Senior Sales Manager:

• Maintain professionalism and effectively present hotel/services.
• Execute daily sales activities: calls, visits, presentations.
• Proficiently manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Expand client base and nurture existing relationships.
• Promptly handle leads and inquiries.
• Utilize company systems and tools efficiently.
• Collaborate with Operations and Revenue Management.
• Ensure timely client communication and follow-up.
• Gather market information for analysis.
• Meet monthly sales targets and encourage loyalty program participation.
• Review account performance and propose action plans.
• Lead projects and provide guidance to team members.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder
• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience
• Experience in hospitality industry with good communication skills
