Job Description:
Managing of general enquiries received
Be familiarised with floor plan to give clear and accurate information to customers, patrons, members of the public and corporate visitors
Collection of materials/deliveries/gifts/donations
Issuing of Security Access Card
Assist corporate visitors to register using the vendor management system
Assist HR in contest matters
Franking of postal mail/packages
Locking and unlocking of tender box before and after tendering period
Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ level.
Candidates with relevant receptionist/admin experience in an office-tower/mall-based environment will have an advantage.
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others in a team setting.
Good problem-solving skills and well-organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Word and Excel.
Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Know how to prioritise urgent / important tasks.
