任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Prior experience leading a marketing team.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and technologies, including digital, social media, events, and public relations.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms, such as Appier, Appsflyer, Moengage and more.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic recommendations
岗位职责
ROLE SUMMARY:
To develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance our brand reputation, and improve customer engagement and loyalty.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute successful campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and public relations.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop targeted and personalized marketing campaigns that align with the customer journey and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in marketing.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure they are using marketing tools and techniques effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for new and innovative approaches to marketing

WORK HOURS & DAYS: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
WORK LOCATION: Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang (Possibility to request for working hybrid if needed to travel a long distance)

They are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their team and work closely with the executive team to align marketing initiatives with the company's goals and objectives and lead a team of marketing professionals to execute successful campaigns across multiple channels.
