岗位职责
Responsible for directly assisting / supporting all seminar, meeting, event, and conference services.
Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries
Accurately records messages for / from sales department, banquet teams and others related department / staff and distributes the written messages to managers in a timely manner.
Coordination between customer and the entire internal department for every event
Assisting in front office during peak season, when required
