任职资格
- Applicant must posses at least Diploma in accounting and above
- At least two years of experience in accounting previously
- High level skill in Microsoft office
- Some experience in administration role
- Able to read and write Chinese is a plus (able to read Invoices and letters from China counterpart )
- Pro-active attitude towards work
- Able to start work immediately
岗位职责
- Perform full set of accounts including both monthly and annually financial closing
- Ensure accuracy & timeliness of monthly reporting of the performance of the companies
- Administer and assist in account receivable and account payable
- Coordinate weekly reconciliation
- Good communications skill especially liaise with customers, bankers, auditors, salesperson, company secretary etc
- Attention to detail, team mentality and positive attitude
