Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage the production function, maintenance, test engineering and process engineering functions in order to achieve KPI and target set by Management.

• Establish production priorities in keeping effective operation, product quality, cost factors, product specification and customer requirements.

• To ensure smooth Production planning, Quality, Maintenance, Scheduling and Delivery.

• Responsible to support and participate all aspects of software development / modification / optimization for SMT LED testing process.

• Provide engineering and technical support for new process and new product introduction.

• To handle every customer enquiry and audits.

• To motivate, build and integrate the team.

• Enforces discipline at all levels and maintain good plant housekeeping or 5S.

• Responsibilities for implementing continuous improvement program through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, Kaizen techniques.
