- Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SPM / “O” level / Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor Degree / Post graduate diploma / professional degree in any field
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Good communication skill
- Candidate must be able to speak fluent and write in Mandarin / Cantonese and English language.
- Good Computer literacy
- Good working attitude (motivate, responsibility, honest and so on)
- Candidate must be willing to accept work shift rotation arrangement (24/7).
- Candidate must be willing to work at KL.

- Attend to customer service inquires / request pertaining to the services offered.
- Provide immediate attention to customers’ problem and follow up with appropriate resolution.
- Ensure all calls are being attended promptly.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
