任职资格
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry preferably A diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related disciplines
- Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Resourceful, positive and independent worker, yet can contribute well as team player
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Project is advantegous
- Salary is based on candidates experience
岗位职责
- Project construction planning
- Management of project manpower and resources
- Planning of construction schedule and ensure timely progress
- Manage construction budget and project claims
- Resolution pf project site matters
- Ensure compliance to safety codes/project safety
- Ensure compliance to building codes and Acts
- Ensure QA/QC compliance on finished floors & levels
- Ensure that construction is in accordance to approved method statements
- Train and build up a competent project team
- Assist in tenders and contractual issues
- Based in Kuala Lumpur
