  • Lead the construction team through the duration of construction, testing and commissioning of the project.
  • Maintain official project log and documentation files.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate a wide variety of construction projects, including the building of all types of residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
  • Schedule and coordinate all design and construction processes.
  • Ensure all construction is in compliance with design specifications.
  • Direct and monitor the progress of construction activities, sometimes through construction supervisors.
  • Oversee the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment; worker productivity and safety; and the quality of construction.
