任职资格

  • STPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in office administration or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to multitask effectively in fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English

岗位职责

  • Perform day-to-day administrative matters and clerical duties.
  • Handle outgoing and incoming customer calls/Whatsapp
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Help manage paperwork including claim submission, document filing, and reports.
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
  • Overseeing office maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for executives and other employees
  • Undertaking other special assignments, admin functions, and related duties specified by management.
