任职资格
- Degree in Accounting and Finance
- 2 years of experience in a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with external parties
- Has a positive and can-do attitude
- A good team player and a good sense of responsibility for the whole team
岗位职责
Full Set Account :
- Bank Recon (10 Banks)
- P&L
- Month-End Journal Entry
Daily Sales Collection (Non-Cash) :
- Ensure that the settlement amount is tallied with the amount in wavelet (CCF03)
- Settlement amount tally to the bank statement
Payment :
- Purchases: Non-BA Supplier Payment (By term)
- Non-Purchase: Utility Payment
- Forecasts Payment
- Non-Purchase: Other's Supplier Expenses
- Non-Purchase: Payment for Company credit card
- Send to request supplier statement & Once received print out the statement/Credit Note
- Payment for Tax Installment (CP204)
- Filing
Cash Flow Management :
- Update bank balance & daily sales after issuing cheques to other banks for payments
Ad Hoc :
- Apply for a Credit Card Machine
- Supplier Credit Limit
- Visit Bank
- Update bank balance & daily sales after issuing cheques to other banks for payments
